2nd Annual Yoga Retreat to be held on 5.3.09

We wanted to let all of our clients know that there will be an All-Day Yoga Retreat at Lionscrest on Sunday May 3rd from 9 am to 5 pm.

LCM Exterior 

The retreat will be focussing on "Finding Balance Through Yoga and Ayurveda" and is being hosted by Laura Kupperman and Jo Schaalman.

The cost for the retreat is $95 and that covers:

•Ayurvedic quizzes and educational program
•Morning and afternoon yoga
•Lunch and snacks
•Hike on Lionscrest stunning property or adjacent Hall Ranch
•Free mini-massages
•Karma yoga

Karma Yoga Beneficiary: HealthLinks Clinic provides rehabilitation services to
