Alternative Packages for Couples looking at Smaller Weddings

We are proud to announce a new line of wedding packages tailored towards couples who are looking for a smaller wedding or last minute packages at Lionscrest Manor.

The Mountain Wedding Package- This offer is valid for events falling now through the end of January 2010 gives couples the beauty and ambiance of Lionscrest Manor all rolled up into a smaller and easier to manage package for up to 50 guests.

The Mountain Wedding Package includes:

• 4 hours of event time just like or traditional packages.
• 2 hours of set-up and 1 hour of clean-up time.
• 1 hour of rehearsal time for the Wednesday before the wedding.
• A basic dishware, glassware, linen, decor and table and chair package for the ceremony and reception.
• DJ- Pure Sounds Productions for ceremony and reception.
• Catering- Greens Point Catering basic buffet package (contact Greens Point for specific menu offerings).
• Cake- provided by Greens Point Catering for the wedding reception (contact Greens Point for specific cake offerings).

Additional guests above the first 50 can be added on to this package (additional fees apply). We can also request a price quotes for additional vendors such as photography, ceremony musicians and so on.

The Late Booking Inclusive Wedding Package- This is package is along the same lines as our traditional Basic Inclusive Package for 100 guests. This package can be booked for any date now thru the end of January 2010 for any remaining date.

The Late Booking Inclusive Package includes the following for 100 guests:

• 4 hours of event time.
• 2 hours of set-up and 1 hour of clean-up time.
• 1 hour of rehearsal time for the Wednesday before the wedding.
• A basic dishware, glassware, linen, decor and table and chair package for the ceremony and reception.
• DJ- Pure Sounds Productions for ceremony and reception.
• Florist- 2 bouquets, 2 boutonnieres, 10 basic centerpieces and flowers for the cake.
• Officiant- for ceremony and optional rehearsal attendance.
• Photographer- for 4 hours of coverage and Photo CD of all images (booked 60 days prior to the event).

The Elopement / Ceremony Only Package- This is package is for couples who would love a ceremony only at Lionscrest Manor and either don't want a reception or don't have the budget for one at Lionscrest. This package can be booked now for any Monday, Thursday or Friday before 1 pm or Any remaining date 60 days prior.

The Elopement/Ceremony only Package includes the following for 50 guests:

• 1 hour for ceremony and photos.
• 2 hours of preparation on site in our Bridal Suite and Grooms Room and 1 hour of clean-up time.
• 1 hour of rehearsal time for the Wednesday before the wedding.
• White Resin ceremony chairs
• 3 tables with linen for that can be used for the ceremony, gift table, water station or other.
• Choice of Lionscrest Ceremony Arch (flowers and decorations are not included).
• Florist- 2 bouquets and 2 boutonnieres.
• Officiant- for ceremony and optional rehearsal attendance.

Additional guests above the first 50 can be added on to this package. We can also request a price quotes for additional vendors such as photography, ceremony music and so on.
